Frequently asked questions
What do I need for the watch?
An iPhone (iOS 17 or later) with the Huawei Health app, a paired HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 / GT 6 / GT 7, and the GoWrist watch app (from AppGallery in Huawei Health). In GoWrist: Settings → Connect a Huawei watch. Without a watch, GoWrist still navigates on the phone as usual.
What does the Free plan include?
Unlimited navigation on the phone. On the watch: everything for 7 days from your first trip, then 2 trips a week (weeks start on Monday). GoWrist Pro unlocks unlimited watch trips.
How do I cancel a subscription?
GoWrist → Settings → GoWrist Pro → "Manage subscription", or iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends so it does not renew.
Do I lose Pro when I change phones or reinstall?
No. Sign in with the same account (or the same Apple ID) and tap "Restore purchases" on the GoWrist Pro screen.
Refunds?
Refunds are decided by Apple: GoWrist Pro → “Request a refund”, or reportaproblem.apple.com.
A wrong or missing road?
Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and is updated every month. Email us with the place, or fix it yourself on openstreetmap.org.

Fastest: in GoWrist open Settings → Help & report a problem — the message comes pre-filled with the app version, phone model and watch status (you can check and edit it before sending). Writing from elsewhere? Please give your phone model, system version, watch model and (for a route problem) the start and destination.
